Tips on losing weight quicker?

I put on some weight during lockdown, but I've been doing Slimming World for a few weeks and I've lost 14lbs so far.

The diet is going well, my goal is 10 stone (140lbs), I'm not too far off it but is there any way I can push it along a little quicker? I try to go swimming at least twice a week to push myself further, as well as this I aim to get in as much walking as I can.

I'm looking for dieting tips more than anything, any good weight loss meals to eat? Any hidden secrets that can help me?
