~because he has a grudge on me from the past
~if I lose I'll look like and idiot and lose all respect
~if ı decline ı look lık idıot
~if talk out of it I look like an idot

 

~only option to handicap him and beat him 
~take loss like a man

I believe you are brave mate, what if he is pro level footballer? He can't be better than you anyway, he can't be stronger or faster than ya. Be a warrior dude ! Not a worrier, no matter if you lose or not at least stand against this fool like a man and show him what you are made of.

Never afraid of fight bruh, be the warrior I don't think you will get beat up but if you get, just know that its even more honorable than running away like a woman. Thank god I never lost any fights in my life which were 1 by 1 but yeah I got beaten up by 5 guys when I was at high school, at least I was a man enough to stand against them but they weren't man enough to come 1 by 1.

Just remember, ''Brave man may fall but cannot yield'' I don't believe u will get beat up but if you do just don't blame me :D I don't want you to have a bad prestige with being known ''coward'' GL mate.

I'd take his challenge on and if I win I treat my win like the better man I am.

If I lose I take the loss like a man and congratulate him on a win and I give him no reason to act like a schmuck and well if he does it only makes him look bad in front of people. But if he presses his luck and crosses a line I'll knock his teeth out.

Either way I win.

But the most important thing is to not let him get into your head, play and play to win no matter what and whether you win or lose take it like a man and be respectful.

Here's something you can do, get the ball make some space, bait him to come at you then when he gets close you boot the ball as hard as you can at his stomach (or balls) then it's game over
