First: all you can do is just be happy with who you are & not let anyone tell you different because that's exactly what negative people are counting on. Second: if you don't have much time to go to the gym then you can start working out by doing squats & lunges at home. Because those 2 exercises are some of the best ones you can do both at the gym & at home that will help you gain a bigger booty. Third: never compare yourself with others & just be the best of yourself that way only you can exclusively look like a true princess that many guys would love out of nowhere. Keep doing what you're doing & never give up on it.

look up videos online. there are tons. most of them will say walking up stairs, squats, lunges, and eating high protien diet combined with exercise. it'll take weeks to notice a change. after that you're workouts are gonna get easier so you gotta do harder exercises
The best way is to ice skate. Figure and hockey skaters are typically known to have bigger butts, because the way you skate you are working out your gluteus when you are "running on the ice", doing crossovers, or even lifting your leg up above your head (you can also practice lifting your legs above your head off ice as well)
Do squats and lunges with weights in your neck.

it takes a couple of years but squats dead lifts and cardio to get the ass that you want. squats with bar bell and weights learn the correct form and keep increasing the weight. good luck 3 to 5 times a week
I think squats? You don't have to go to the gym, they can be done at home, just watch some videos
