The program has been working on day 11 of the program (which consists of 26 days) I appear more fit, my waist is smaller, my hips are bigger and my butt is bigger than before.
I was wondering though, can absolutely anyone grow their butt with daily exercises targeting the glutes? Are there people that will always have a small butt no matter how much they work out and eat because of their genetics? Can I make my butt much bigger than before and achieve that hourglass, going from an inverted triangle?
