Well, the V8 fusion stuff has to go. At 24g of sugar per serving it's no better than soda. Even the "light" version has 10g of sugar (which is effectively kryptonite for you). The potatoes and corn are both high in carbohydrates which are also hurting you badly (carbs are quickly metabolized by the body into glucose).
If you're a type 2 diabetic, supplements like Magnesium and Chromium may be helpful at increasing your insulin sensitivity. Obviously get the OK from your doctor before starting any new supplements. If your sweet tooth just won't quit consider using Stevia (in moderation) as a sweetener instead of sugar or aspartame. It's also been shown to increase insulin sensitivity.
As for the energy, talk to your doctor about getting tested for hypothyroidism (and make sure it's the full thyroid panel - not just TSH).

That's all obese in denial do, they make excuses for themselves because they aren't ready to meet the challenge of sacrificing their poor habits to get to where they want to be. Again, get a professional opinion and stop diagnosing yourself.
exercise is the answer to everything really in terms of healthy. whay can't you eat veggies? veggies, fruits, oats and lean preferable no rad meat will help you

Limit your diet to plants animals an water. If it doesn't run jump swim or fly and its not a plant and doesn't grow in the ground don't eat it.
