Why does my hair look dry?

I shower almost everyday.

Soap drys out your hair.. I think conditioner counters that. If your worried about it eat more protein and vegetables.. That's what your hair is made out of. You can tell how healthy someone is by looking at their hair. I think anti oxidants help as well. Don't be that guy with bad hair..

do you condition it? water and shampoo alone can cause hair to dry out as it strips the hair of nutrients and oils. conditioner helps restore those nutrients and oils

You shouldn't wash your hair every day that's what makes it dry. You can take a shower, but you shouldn't wash it every day.

Over shampooing dries hair out. Don't wash it everyday.

I do mine about 3 times a week. Other than that I so dry shampoo.
Also make sure you're using conditioner and a couple drops of argon oil works wonders.

I wash my hair everyday and I also use a hair serum after I shower to prevent from split-ends.

Probably because you're washing your hair everyday. You really don't need to wash your hair everyday unless it's really dirty because it removes the natural oils from hair.

Okay, i'll stop washing it everyday. Why is my hair curling at the ends? It is straight everywhere, expect the ends.
