Trending & News For me it's staying asleep. I have no problem falling asleep but staying asleep is a problem. I always wake up in the middle of the night whether it's to go to pee or whether it is something else.
I rarely have a full night of uninterrupted sleep, which is unfortunate because once I wake up, it's hard for me to go back to sleep.
sleep paralysis! Is it the one where you wake up and go to sleep right after?
I have the overthinking/brain active thing. I work, workout so i can be tired when it's time to sleep and it works.
lol no, it's kinda like hallucinations... the dream seem to be livid and very scary because you sense danger such as supernatural things visiting you in your bedroom, first POV, you're actually paralyzed: can't talk or move so you're just laying on your bed while this terrifying creature climbs on your chest and makes breathing a bit difficult or just stands at the foot of your bed during REM... right before waking up or right after falling asleep
Jesus! that
That sounds scary... I learned few things when it comes to dreaming that i can control most of it, i grew up playing video games and in my dreams when am falling so i just start flying or if it's danger so i start fighting back. I can understand your struggle, hope you find a way to get rid of that creepy feeling.
Not really a "sleep problem" but I have RLS, so I often end up with bruises and hurting limbs from falling out of bed at night :P Anyone who's slept in the same bed with me also complained about my kicking them at night😅
Sleep paralysis. Back pain from the epidural I had during labor. I have anxiety attacks in my sleep and insomnia lmfao

I used to CONSTANTLY get sleep paralysis. I had no idea wtf it was for a long time. Once I found out what it was it started happening less and less. Now I get it maybe once a month instead of every other day.
I usually can't sleep because I'm too stress and I can sleep anytime and everywhere.

only that i don't get enough sleep. so i guess my sleep problem would be work and having a 14month old
I don't have any problems while sleeping because I sleep with all lights off and all sounds put to silence. when I wake up I feel refreshed and full of energy.
only problem I had was having too many wet dreams and having demons visiting me every night I slept
yeah that shit was so damn annoying every night every fucking night REALLY! always busting nuts always needing to wake up and clean it all up that shit got annoying I tell you. in sleep paralysis was just as bad because I could feel it before it starts happening and I always try to get up and if I don't get up then I'm fucked. demons always trying to suffocate me pressing my face down into the bed so I can't breathe, and they're tugging at my legs yanking on it and it hurts bad when they do that. scariest sleep paralysis I had when something was breathing on my neck it sounded like a massive ass man and the breath was hot. I'll never forget that most scared I've ever been in my life
None besides sleeping too long sometimes, if i dont set alarm. Sleep paralysis? Damn that sucks :(
Is there any cure for it or treatment? Maybe cuddle me and my long sleeping hours would rub off on you. lol :P
No, I do not have any “sleep problem” as such. But sometimes I just wake up with bad back pain. However, you can control sleep paralysis by improving your sleeping habits. You can also try antidepressants after consulting your doctor.

Sucks waking up choking on bile lol
sometime I get pain in my calf muscles of my legs
it's not painful, just incredibly bad nightmares where you can't move, speak, or literally anything so you stay in one place while you sense something dangerous like something supernatural and you can see everything clearly. It sits on your chest or just lingers around your room and makes it difficult to breathe
I don't know if there's treatment... I only know just gotta lessen the stress which is obvious lol, but I've heard it can be changed into a lucid dream which I don't know how or concentrate on moving like your finger or toe so you can wake up from it which is hard cause u got this weird creature terrifying the heck outta you
