Girls, What over the counter medicine is safe to take when pregnant for severe morning sickness?

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I constantly am feeling sick to my stomach. Every time I eat I either feel like I'm going to throw up and don't or I do throw up. My doctor prescribed me some medicine but its reallyyyy expensive so I was hoping there was an over the counter medicine I can take to help with this constant sick feeling.

I usually take (non drowsy) Dramamine for nausea and it does great, but I don't know if it's safe for pregnancy. You might look it up or ask the pharmacist.

Also, invest in some BreathSavers mints... they have baking soda in them which helps settle the stomach. I get nauseous frequently and I always have those on me, they really do help.

Also you might look into an acupressure bracelet. I've heard those help.

And if all else fails, hopefully the nausea will pass in a few weeks. And you have a new baby to look forward to! Congratulations!

Don't take any medications without the consultation of your doctor. If you are dealing with extreme morning sickness you can use natural remedies until your doctor can provide you with a prescription.

Consume ginger, you can try pickle juice as well apparently, and stay hydrated until you can see a doctor.

Buy sea bands that you wear. Most drug stores have them. I had hyperemesis and they worked wonders! Also pickle juice helps if you can get it down.

pepto? Not sure if it'll work but I mean it helps with general nausea.

I looked it up and it says if you are under 20 weeks pepto can be used with caution. So probably just take proper amounts and not constantly
