hi, i'm trying to shed a few pounds (not looking for dramatic results within the next two months), but i'm a teenager who doesn't have money to control what i want to eat (my mom thinks that you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight, that's not how it works). asking her, at this time period, to buy healthier things, is going to be impossible. i'm working on getting my license, but that's in progress. how can i lose weight under these factors? do i eat what she buys but only in small portions? she's going to the store to get hot dogs and potato chips ! help?
