You theoretically could take a NSAID (like Advil or Aleve) it could reduce any inflimation cause by strain. Your better bet is to give your eyes a break wear glasses if you have them. Read or do detailed work in an area that is well, using a magnifier could help.
Getting checked out by an ophthalmologist would be a good plan too. You vision might have changed, better to get it sorted than hurt your eyes and give yourself head aches.

1. Try taking a break and looking at a point far away from your computer screen or book or whatever.

4. brew some chamomile tea, let it cool, squeeze the tea bags and let them sit over your eyes.
5. see a doctor.
