How do I deal with the feeling that I'm not good enough?

Analyze the feeling and judge it. Is it justified? Who or what sets the criteria by which you judge yourself? Do you even know those criteria? Do the criteria exist or you judge yourself in an arbitrary way? If you know the criteria, do you feel it is fair? (Not too harsh, nor too soft).
If you find a fair, clear and precise criteria, which requirements you do not fulfill, all you gotta do is improve and work on it.
If you can't find a criteria, or it is unfair, you need to stop judging yourself based on it and realize you're tourmenting yourself unfairly. In this case it's your feeling that's inappropriate and not good enough for who you are. Then you deserve to feel much better about yourself.

Just I don't feel like I am good enough in life in general. Like I could do better at work. And at making my family proud but I keep falling on my ass. I don't know I think it is because growing up my parents said I would never be good enough. *shrugs*
