Meditation is the one aspect I've learned through experience to minimize stress. Plus, remembering that at the end of the day leave the world at the door and put it away until the next day when you have to drag it out again. Don't take work and worries home with you, but leave it outside and spend time with friends and family to remind yourself that life is too short to constantly stress over items you can't change or have very little control over. We're only going to be on this earth a limited time. Make the most of it. That's my bottom line.

Do a good work out for 30 minutes to an hour. Order pizza when you start your work out, and have a good movie (not a drama movie) ready to go when your food gets there.I jack off... and work out.
