We took him ASAP to the Emergency Room, where the Doctor on Call, Diagnosed him with "Walking Pneumonia," Due to Bad Fumes that were Seeping into a Truck he Had been Driving for a Company he Now No longer, thank God, Drives for.
However, After a Hearty and Hard Workout, you could be Experiencing Symptoms of Having Broken a Blood vessel Somewhere, or May even have the Start of a Lung Infection.
Keep an Eye on this, and if it Persists, See your Doctor, please. xx12 Reply

+1 yThe only time I had ever bled through my throat was when I had to retch for 7 hours due to food poisoning. After 7 hours of throwing up, there was not even water to throw up. J was throwing up my own stomach juices and the movements caused either my stomach or my throat to bleed. If you cough blood after exercising, you are doing something wrong. Time to ease up and find someone who can guide you to proper exercise

+1 yNope. I've kind of breathed and tasted an iron taste from blood I suppose, breathing really heavy, but if you're coughing up blood, that's never a good sign. It's something going on with your lungs internally or throat. I'd get that checked.

yes but i also smoked like half a pack of smokes prior to going on that run.. was a bad bad idea and still not 100% sure what caused it
