i tried it once after i kept getting sick from my roommate smoking. i actually felt like it cleaned up my lungs a bit because i could breath better. i had a pretty weak immune system at the time. it was nice, and i think i would like to do it again.

Have been doing it for 12 months and love it. I do aerial yoga three times a week and normal floor yoga twice. I'd never been able to meditate before it
I'd like to actually, it sounds quite relaxing and I hear it helps you be more flexible, good for joints etc. Not entirely sure how I'd do some of those poses though, I didn't realize it's possible to bend backwards haha

I used to go to Yoga classes one and half year ago. Stopped due to other commitments. Now started doing it again just two days ago at home. By trying to remember stuff from class.
It is refreshing and makes me feel flexible😎I do it with a friend who does it at home, I sometimes go join her. It does make you feel more relaxed and refreshed afterwards. When I first started it was difficult, but it got easier over time.
I started doing yoga in bed and when I shower. It is very relaxing. It's great to lose inches
