What are your stress limits?

What stresses you out and what are your limits? How did you find out? What was your most stressful situation? How did you deal with the stress then, did you learn to adapt or avoid?

The most stressful situation for me is when there was tension between me and a close friend. I have learned to avoid the stress by maintaining a distance from friends and I have learned to adapt by being more emotionally independent.
