Trending & News I'm a healthy weight and quite curvy. I have great genetics for an hourglass shape, but I also eat ice cream and potato chips and like fatty foods. I do bodyweight exercises and yoga to keep toned and stretched out.
I'd say that if you want to look curvier, then just eat a lot of calories (which should be easy with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up) to fatten yourself up, but then use minimal exercise to keep yourself toned, but also so you won't lose all the weight you've worked hard to keep on. Eating larger portions of healthy food such as meat and vegetables will be better than eating empty calories, but you may need to eat some empty calories too if you have a high metabolism.
My best friend does a ton of squats to try and make her butt bigger, but she can only get a little bit more because of her genetics. If you aren't built like an hourglass, you probably won't be able to achieve an hourglass shape, so make sure you ideal body is attainable based on your body type.
Supposedly the Brazil Butt Lift exercise is good for making you r but bigger, so that could be an option to look into as well.
So I'm a 34c bra size and size 5-7 pants
My butt is pretty big for my size like its def there
And when I used to do weights, it was even bigger
And my torso is hourglass but my hips aren't that big
I'm like curvy/slender, it's weird but I know I'll get curvier with the right amount of healthy fats and certain exercises
Do you have a bit of a belly
No, I have a perfect hourglass shape, my belly is flat, my boobs are full and perky, and I have a thick butt and thighs. I used to be about 20 lbs heavier, so I'm actually happy with the body that I have now after working all that weight off. I feel hot and don't have any of the insecurities about it that I used to. I do yoga and Pilates to keep my muscles toned and belly flat. I do still have excess fat on me, and it goes to my butt and thighs. I have saddlebags and a little bit of a muffin to if I wear tight, low-cut jeans. I take care of these problems by wearing well-fitting clothes and tailoring them to fit if they need adjustments.
It shouldn't be too hard to put on weight in a healthy manner, and you shouldn't have too many problem areas as long as you keep yourself toned. I'm not sure if there's a way to pack on weight specifically in the hips and not others, but I'm sure there are workout moves that specifically target that area. Good luck with it
Lucky girl haha thanks
What are your measurements
I'm five feet flat. 36D, 27-inch waist 43-44 inch hips. I have the ideal waist-to-hip ratio.
I've been unlucky in life, so having the perfect body for myself is appreciated.
I also have naturally curly red hair.
Wow, you're so lucky haha I want big boobs so bad
Honestly they're not all they're cracked up to be. They make exercise suck and you can't sleep on your stomach because they feel like they're gonna pop. You have to wear good bras of they'll put pressure on your neck, and sometimes they'll throw out your back if they're big enough. My aunt had to get a reduction because they threw out her back. You should be happy with your boobs. But there are exercises to plump them up. Boobs are muscles afterall
Best is to gain muscle weight. It will keep you toned. Add enough proteins (animal or vegetable) to your nutrition besides the workouts. But divide them over 5 small portions a day. The body can only take a limited amount each time. All the rest leaves via the kidneys.
If you want to gain muscle mass then focus on diet like 60% and 40% exercise. I would choose a few sets of barbell squats, deadlifts and some incline barbell pressed or military (overhead) presses. 2-3 times a week is more than enough for building muscle. Each every 3-4 hours. Lots of protein, carbs and healthy fats. Supplement when necessary. Expect to gain a bit fat along the way but you can get rid of it easily after reaching your weight goal.
just make sure you work out your legs and your glutes. You work on your abs, or your core, you don't work on your stomahc. That's an organ.

If you want to look curvier, try to build muscle! It's healthier and tends to look better than fat gain 🙂 I bet you're gorgeous already but good luck
