Unfortunately I'm a stress-crier. Just makes my eyes burn though. What I try to do is handle what's making me stressed. Deadline coming up? Work out a plan to get it done without overloading yourself. Stress with people in your life? Ask for time to calm down. Just general anxiety or stress? Escapism for a brief amount of time. Like playing a game or browsing the internet. Writing a story or drawing a picture also helps me sometimes.

Best thing to reduce stress is meditation.. if u dont manage time for meditation then do it before sleep and just after the wake up..
I cry under the blanket. Not kiddin'. 😅 That's what I did a day before my first exam at university.
Now, to really give you an advice, try working out, or reading something you enjoy or listen to peaceful music. Breathe fresh air.
Drink camomile tea, yoga, and try to meditate.

A little drug called Lamotrigine. I take it for Bipolar Disorder. But I refer to it as my 'IDGAF Prescription' because I literally stop giving a fuck about stressful things when I take it.
I deal with it in several ways. Sometimes I go to a quiet place to blow off some steam. Sometimes taking a nap helps. Sometimes talking to a close friend can work wonders also.
I walk 4-6 miles every day. I focus when walking and try not to think of anything, just focus and use it for a meditation type period. It helps release stress, plus is good for me physically!
I go to the gym if I feel stressed. It keeps my mind focused and preoccupied. I find after a good workout I'm more chilled and relaxed... mentally
Depends on the situation usually have a mini freak out to get it out of my system then get down to do whatever I have to do and keep at it till I get it down.
I meditate. Turn off sound on all devices and turn off all screens, close my eyes, and think about something relaxing and calm (I think about waves breaking on a beach).
Yoga and exercise, and hobbies that I enjoy where I can just relax and focus on a specific task forgetting about everything else for a few minutes
Stress is mostly a mental state, so if you're good with mind over matter you pretty much alleviate stress from your life without ever getting stressed. I have no need to manage stress because I don't suffer from stress.
Sometimes I jump out of the window but its a 1st floor so nothing happens and I'm still stressed af so I deal with it :)
Mind over matter. Pick up a coloring book. It's time consuming and you don't think.
picking up a Hobbie that's helps ease it. gym, running sewing. knitting. writing, mediating.
When I'm stressed I completely shut down and want to abandon all responsibility, and do things that do me more harm than good
I don't have very much stress. When I do feel stressed, I like to shoot.
Go to the gym and afterward, go to a remote place outside and meditate (naked)
Listen to music or watch a good show in my spare time
I just take the plunge and face my fears. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger.
