I want to get rid of that belly fat but not lose a lot of weight. Besides more protein and veggies as well as no sugary snacks, I've seen moderate to low carb diets and cardio 4-5 times a week.
If I did a moderate carb diet what would I cut out exactly? Or should I go straight to low carb? Does it matter what kind of cardio I do and how long? And what are your other suggestions?
One more; I know target weight loss isn't possible but would I lose my breasts and butt?
