Dry air, aspiring mainly through the mouth, allergies or an infection possibly.
Start with keeping the nostrils open and drinking warm tea and sucking Vicks or similar. (sugar free)
It could be your glands or if you have tonsils. Allergies could play a big part in it as well. Consult your doctor and maybe get on some antibiotics.
