What Causes Swollen Throats?

This morning my thoat has been really swollen. I garged & used a hot towel on my neck but it's still swollen.

I don't have a cold or anything. My nose isn't running. My throat is the only problem.

Could it be allergies? Cuz I usually get this during winter.

(And no, it's not cuz I suck d! ck for all you sick phucks)

Inflammation... Your cells are damaged for some reason and your immune system is fighting a war against whatever stimuli is responsible. It could be a virus, bacteria, fungus, parasite, trauma, etc.

Dry air, aspiring mainly through the mouth, allergies or an infection possibly.
Start with keeping the nostrils open and drinking warm tea and sucking Vicks or similar. (sugar free)

It could be your glands or if you have tonsils. Allergies could play a big part in it as well. Consult your doctor and maybe get on some antibiotics.
