I'm finding it hard to lose the weight?

Alright! I've been serious about losing weight since December of last year, so in a few weeks a year exactly. I've been eating healthy food, increasing my fruits and veggies for about three weeks now (after falling off for the a millionth time). I have even cut off all of the "junk" food. I have loss ten pounds with doing that along with exercise, but ten pounds always seem to be my plateau point and it's frustrating to be honest. I like feeling accomplished when I can try on smaller sized clothing and feel good about myself, but now no more weight or INCHES are coming off. Someone please tell me what I am doing incorrectly. It would be greatly appreciated.
