    No. Many people say they are following a diet or getting better, but then they don't lose any weight and say it's hard to. It's because they're not actually eating good. They're still eating bullshit like processed meat.

    They don't eat a nice mixed but butter; they eat the shitty peanut butter filled with chemicals to make the peanut smooth and sit on the shelf for five years, and they put that shit in their body and wonder why they're still fat.

    Then they eat farm-raised fish, filled with hormones and drugs in, and not wild-caught. Then, they drink whole milk from a super cow that they jacked up with steroids and hormones.

    And then wonder why they are sleepy every single day, why their testrone is so low, and they have erectile dysfunction. And then when you recommend them organic, planted-based food, they look at you in shock and assume you're a vegan cause they don't understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian.

    Vegans and vegetarians eat primarily plant-based food because it's not filled with a bunch of bullshit. I still eat meat every now and then, but stick to plant-based foods.

    If you do a green smoothie cleanse, you'll lose 20-30 lb by the end of the month. So it's not complicated. It's just people are uneducated. If people eat better, good food, they won't feel hungry every hour of the day. They feel hungry for more food because they eat a bunch of processed meat and cheap, processed.

    Vegans eat processed potato chips and processed plant-based, fake meat that's worse than processed, but Vegans aren't eating it for the health benefits. I eat organic because I don't health problems and to be hungry stuffing McDonald's in my face every hour.

    Not if you find a method that works best for you.

    For instance, it was hard for me until I realized that I enjoy fasting for at most 16 hours a day, logging my food, eating mainly protein & fat during the day & then eating most of my carbs at night. Now It's so easy for me to stay leaner. I prefer to be around 10-15% bodyfat though.

    It can be if you have medical conditions like Pcos, diabetes, or thyroid issues. Losing weight is all about discipline and mental strength.
