Second question. What is your favorite single exercise above all else?
I like circuit training. I have 5-7 exercises that I do, mostly upper body. I will repeat that list 3 times, and then hit the treadmill for about 20 mins. On a good week, I'll do this 4 days. Works good for me. For consistent muscle growth, you need to work that muscle group every other day. So the "leg day, back day" type of routine is counter productive in my opinion. If you work your arms one day, and then other parts of your body on other days, it may be too long before you get back to your arms again and therefore start to lose what your body built up.
if i had to choose one, it´s chest. but i really like all equally much. just legs and shoulders i like a little less than the others.
I love to train legs and back, those are my faves :)

Arm or leg day but the abs are my favorite part of every workout.
