And the best workouts are the ones that feel effortless because all I do is relax into it while my body is uncontrollably gaining the strength of the next blessed level.

Hiking, get my lower body and cardio in all at once. Trying to work up to 15 miles a week with a 50 pound pack. Like it better than the gym because they are less creeps to worry about, and it gets me outside in the fresh air.

I jog 3 miles to the swimming pool, swim 20 laps or so, and jog home. That is enough for me most days.
