I've always been a morning gym rat, but wondering if it's smart to change it up and work out at night more often. When do you work out? And is working out in the morning better than at night, or vice verse?
If its like outdoor things then probably earlymorning but mostly ill always dance or go to the gym , and do other type of workouts at night time after dinner.

I choose night, after Im done with everything and I dont eat a big dinner so it doesn't take long for it to settle
I dont have a routine. However, i find i have a bit more to give, strengthwise, about an hour after a good breakfast.
Usually in the morning or early in the day I try not to workout in the evenings just a personal preference.
