Ps. I'm NOT suicidal
Your thoughts create this feeling. As you said when you think something it comes up. Next time this happens face the feeling as it is. Don't ask your thoughts about it but direct your attention to the raw feeling and see is it really that bad. Don't try to get rid of it but experience it fully. It might intensify at first but don't be afraid of it. It can't harm you in any way. Just face it fully and see what happens. But remember don't try to get rid of it. This is never told in school or almost nowhere in our culture, because we don't understand emotions, we just try to get rid of them which is silly.

You need to see a counselor on a regular basis and possibly remove anyone in your life who causes you to have anxiety. I left my ex of over 4 years earlier this year and I finally conquered my anxiety. It still shows up once in a while with certain situations but it doesn't spiral out of control like it used to. It passes within a few seconds and I'm back to being my normal self.

Aight, so I have OCD. The scratching is normal. It's just your coping method. As for the anxiety, see a therapist.
I don't have OCD. And I won't see a therapist because nothing seems to help me amd I don't like telling people how I feel or anything I'm going through.
