Ok so losing weight is easy if you eat well and do sport everyday. I asume you do both.
Keep in mind that sometimes weight doesn't go down very quickly because muscles grow. You should check your BMI and compare it to your desired weight (google it, it's very simple). This way, you know the fat you lose compared to what you gained in muscle, making you realise that you did slim down despite knowing that the scale says something not that similar.

I had to look up what a stone is but unless you want to eat very little while exercising a lot for 1-2 weeks then the best way to drop the weight is gradually, maybe over the course of 7-8 weeks. Also keep in mind that losing that much weight that fast is really unhealthy, you'll gain it all back and then some, and it's just not good for your body.
