I am shrinking, losing height! Help?

I used to be 5'9'' but I am 5'8''. I measure myself every day and I became 5''8'' since yesterday. I measured myself today but I am still 5'8'', remeasurements won't help. How can I stop losing height? I don't want to shrink even more! Girls already don't view me as a human being because of my height!

There's nothing wrong with being 5'8 lol you're the same height as my dude and he's taller than me so it's not the end of the world, and I don't really think you're shrinking but if you want to build muscle or something look up some plans lots of protein stuff like that
