Is stretching twice a day okay to do?

Perfectly fine, however people who stretch regularly get injured at the same rate as people who do not stretch. It is the ones that sometimes stretch and sometimes do not stretch that are the ones that get most injured.

Its more than ok. I come up with the best ideas while stretching. Like a blood flow surge to the brain

Should be fine just be alarmed if you feel pain or something. I would advice to give break at least one day each muscle part.
