Is happiness real?

Do you believe that there actually is such a thing as happiness?

Sure, I'm happy with my life. But happiness is more of a choice than anything. You can choose to be happy and content with your life or not. There's plenty of things I could be upset about but I don't fret them, I'm just glad I get to be here for the amazing ride that is life

It's something subjective and most will find happiness in a different form but yup, it's most definitely out there.
