At home workouts for the new year?

I need at home workouts for a month. I am not signing up for a gym because i want to get comfortable working out on my own first before i get a gym and personal trainer. I don't want any gym equipments at home. Only thing I have are a jump rope, resistance band, 1lb dumbells ( I used to lift around 20-30lbs in the gym), 2lb ankle weights and an estate I can run it. I want to lose fat. I have 27% body fat and I want to drop around 3% or more in a month. Any workouts you can give me. HIIT, running (i'm new to running), Resistance HIIT or Jump rope workouts, circuit workouts. Basically just good cardio and body weight workouts to help me lose fat because after that I want to work on toning up my body at the gym with a trainer. Also I am going to be working out everyday and sometimes twice a day for that month only.

i can buy a stability ball if it will help burn fat. if there are any staircase workouts you can add. I don't have a watch for helping to count distance ran and my phone does not have internet when i leave the house. I would also love body weight workouts to help me lose fat and get toned muscles (like victorias secret models do) I also would like a perky bottom, toned legs, abs and hands
