Guy asked me out?

I'm sixteen, and yesterday one of my coworkers--who I've barely talked to--direct messaged me on Instagram, and followed up (30 minutes later) with a text asking me if he could take me out for a "bite to eat." I've never been asked out before, and this is kind of a weird question but does this mean that he thinks I'm attractive? And also is it weird that he asked me out since we barely know each other?

probaby attracted or interested, no its not weird. it woudl be much better if he talked to you instead, but probably not that confident yet.

I'd say yes and no. He thinks you're attractive, yeah and it's not weird as he probably wants to know more things about you. That's the main reason why he wants to go out with you one day.
