Being stressed out can cause cellulite apparently. What are your views and opinions on this? I'm on the right track? How can I improve more?. Some things about me is I'm 5'6, 220 lbs. Most of my weight is in my hips, stomach area, waist,upper and inner thigh area. My My arms are very flabby as well and fat needs to be lost from there asap.
