I have never been 50lbs overweight. But I have been overweight before. The solution is pretty simple. I just ate less than what my body burned in a day. Ideally no more than less than 500 calories a day for sustainability. And if I didn't want to eat less, then simply moved more so that my body could burn the extra calories eaten. Ideally steady state cardio.
Fat all you need is weight training some cardio not exercise but most importantly a calorie deficit also mine is very unstable in terms of weight lost some days I can lose 5Ib in like a day or two or I stay the same weight (this is without cardio or a deficit)
I started in 9th grade and by the time I was in 11th grade the football coach stopped me in the hall one day and asked me to got out for the team. I guess it was two years.
