I'm a busy girl. I work at dairy queen, so I eat ice cream two or three times a week because it's all I have time to get while on my crazy shifts. I drink on some nights with my friends and party, so I don't exactly know how many calories of vodka I'm having. plus, I'm not much of a calorie counter. salads aren't exactly a staple, but I eat tons of fruit and all whole grains with veggies at dinner. lean protein is part of my daily diet, also.
i already have a nice body, but I can tell I'm putting on a little bit of weight. I bought Reebok easy tones the other day, so I think I should start running! any suggestions about how to balance my life with getting fitter?
