What do all you think? This is new to me
Is it normal to get light headed & really pale after exercise?
What do all you think? This is new to me
What type of workouts are we talking about?
Have you changed anything?
Are you remembering to breath, hydrate, and rest?
Sounds dumb, but sometimes people forget to breath when they're weight-lifting. Work breathing into the reps.
If you don't get enough rest between workouts, by stretching, sleeping, and getting a good amount of nutritious food, you might feel light headed.
You feel light headed when your blood pressure drops. Your blood pressure sometimes drops when you don't have enough sugar in your system. Maybe try eating some fruit or drinking a sugary sports drink 30 min before you work out?
I've been doing longer sets with explosive movements now. Instead of slow and steady movements
I think you nailed it with "explosive". That's the change and that's whats causing it.
You need to either A) Knock it off, you don't need to be doing that. Its dangerous and it'll hurt you in the long run. B) Ignore A, keep doing it, but find a better pre-workout meal/drink that works for you. GMC has plenty of pre-workout stuff that will help you get through these types of workouts.
That sounds like anemia. You need to check your blood iron levels to make sure they are in a healthy range. If not eat lots of whole grains and leafy greens.
Have you eaten/drank enough? I tend to get light headed when I work out in the morning because I haven't yet eaten and haven't really drank either.
I read somewhere that going for a jog before anything else in the morning would be the best way to burn fat. So I literally rolled out of bed to go for a run. I almost fainted mid-way through. Not the best idea.
Or it just simply might be that you're working too hard.
Could be Here, dear, you are Overdoing it.
However, to Exercise and be able to Endure for Sure, make Sure you are Eating Right so you don't look White.
Multiple Vitamins on a Daily basis also Helps as Well, I can Tell.
It would not Hurt but maybe Help, to See a Doctor to get a Good Check up and Some, hun, Blood Work.
Good Luck. xx
maybe you're overworking your body and it isn't used to doing the amount of exercise that you're doing
to much, you have overdone it, slow down before you harm yourself and also do you drink enough water?

You are probably anemic.
When you work out most of your blood transfers into your muscles which leaves your skin looking pale, on top of that you will feel light headed because your blood isn't properly oxygenated to begin with.
I think it's normal and a sign you're really working. I get little dark circles under my eyes after exercise XD.
Well depends... normally no you shouldn't
Maybe the volume and intensity is too high
More isn't always better I think
r u a vampire? lol jk.. i get flushed like that, but if ur really stressed go see a doctor
I have never gotten light headed after sports before, not sure if it's normal
You don't look that pale to me.
Did you not drink enough water or eat protein after workout? I feel light headed with that
I haven't been drinking as much water as usual. So it could be that
That's possible or if you don't drink anything that's bad
Do blood work check for sugar levels and everything else
You probably had no food in your system or exercised really hard.
it's not uncommon it probably means you have low blood pressure or poor circulation.
Normal, if you are overexerting yourself.
Iron deficiency you may be anaemic
You look fine. Hydrate gatoraid or H2O.
Dehydration maybe or overdoing it
It's not normal. Get your glucose level checked.
You need more water i think
Yes. Eat your nutrients!
If it was intense enough yeah
Nope...
yeah it is normal. You look good by the way
