Weight Watchers advice!

so I started going to weight watchers yesterday morning.

i stayed for a meeting and everything.

i got my calculator and books and all the stuff!

i just feel like I'm eating too much. even though I'm eating all the points I'm suppose to have!

and I'm really scared I'm gonna gain weight by my next weigh instead of lose!

does anyone have any advice, tips or recipes!
