So, what the heck does it mean to “be fit” and how should we define it?🤨🤔
Fit means performing tasks of daily living with ease. Feeling great. Having energy. Receiving good news with your yearly physical and blood work 💉
Fit builds you up (mentally, physically) and makes you a better version of yourself 🧘🏻♂️
Fit is being able to do the things you want to do, or committing to progressing toward them 😊
Fit means highlighting your strengths and talents; it pushes you to be more 😎
The physical appearance changes that occur from embracing and living your fit as explained above? They’re a by-product of what it truly means to be fit; a side-effect 💪🏻
Here is the formula to find your fit 🤓:
(eat well + move your body in ways you enjoy) x most days per week = your fit.

You seem relatively fit.. but I would rather say slim. Fit guys are more cut I think... And I'm just saying this by physical appearance. Being fit is also about how you feel. Are you more energized? Do you feel healthier? Have you developed any type of physical condition? All of those questions are things that you should ask yourself to answer your question. Being fit is much more than a six or eight pack, a jacked body and a pair of bulky arms. Which for your information isn't what most girls prefer, or not me at least.

1) stop asking girls for pictures. It's not going to happen, and you just come off in a bad light.
2) Your bicep are clearly your strong suit. Shoulders... not so much.
I'd focus on cutting bodyfat, doing chest and arm exercises, possibly compound exercises, and eating right. You have a good base, but a lot to go.
I'm stronger, leaner, and prettier than you. And I'm about to turn 40. Get your shit together and try to catch up.

Definitely fit, only thing I could say is you could be more defined by cutting because you obviously have the muscle structure which will be visible with a lower body’s fat percentage
Being fit all depends on how you see it you don't have to be super muscly to be fit but by the picture, it looks like you are a healthy person that does exercise.
