since the age of 16 so 2 years now and it's starting to show some results, I have a long way to go though, don't want to look like a muscle tank though, just strong enough to do things I will need to do in daily life ^_^

No, I don't... But maybe I should because I'm weak. I can't lift anything more than 5 kg. which sucks lol.

You can find out parts of it on my question that I asked like 2 days ago. Its a guy crying. It started as a joke but got sucked into it. I was jealous of what they had so i fucked with him for being a bad boyfriend. He acted weird after I had a fight with him. Back them he told me that I been acting weird in the past months. So after that I felt like he hated me but he said no even if he acted weird. So I wanted to make him mad at me so there would be no "middle ground". Then they both blocked me... I asked a friend if he could talk to them on this upcomming Wednesday
Ah, jealousy can make people do really silly things. You should be happy Instead of jealous though. But I'm very glad you at least admitted that you got jealous and started this whole thing.
Look, she really means a lot to you, right? You think of her as a good friend so maybe it's best not to let the jealousy take complete control over you, or it will keep causing more problems. You should just approach them and apologize. Then, things will get back to normal again, I'm sure she misses you!

No, i just train ki cultivation, but you can say this is a kind of work out on its own, because one of its steps involve reverse breathing, in which you have to held air in your lungs for as long as you can and also be contracting your abs during this time.
I workout three to five times a week. I do a mix of strength, aerobic and high intensity exercises ranging 45mins to 120mins a session.
My strength workout is a mix of body weight and weightlifting exercises while my aerobic workout is a mix of HIIT and outdoor running ranging between 8 miles to 10.5 miles a session.
I need to workout a lot more than I have been... I've been very busy at work though and by the end of the day, I'm just cooked... then I never end up going back out. :/

I walk five flights of steps to do laundry and dishes and four to get to my room every day. That is my workout XD

Ehhhh sometimes I go to the fitness center in my free time and do cardio and arm workouts but I wouldn't really call it working out
