its so frustrating...that's the only place where I get it too...my face is clear just my back is so annoying I hate it! makes me so self conscious and I feel gross

just focus on eating healthy and lots of water. see if you can get some acne creams for the face area and for a while get rid of stress, ignore what guys have to say for a bit.

Use a back scrubber with bristles and an antibacterial body wash or body wash for acne such as the one from Neutrogena and scrub your back with the body wash at least once a day.

Or see a dermatologist.

it depends how bad it is. if there are huge whiteheads, it would be a turnoff. it wouldn't be a deal-breaker, but I would be a little turned off by it. maybe you would let me pop them? I don't know, I don't think you should be afraid to meet men.

Acne doesn't last forever. Beauty will last much longer. Don't be self conscious! Your skin will clear up eventually. Just make sure to use an acne body wash or Clarisonic for your body.

Has long as you don't have rows across your back and huge white heads like fooly said then it's not a big deal. I'm sure it's probably not that bad.
