Childbirth can require sedatives and can cause death. I'd say kick to the balls just causes pain for a few days so you can suck it up after a bit of crying fellow men.
There is no. way to determin this. Bc childbirth and period cramps can be different from woman tot woman. Further a kick in the balls and the pain that is experienced also depends on how sensitive they are with a guy.
Hehehe period cramps feel like your getting stabbed and child birth is the most but as far as second it's cramps

Passing a kidney stone is a similar sensation to childbirth, and from what I've heard, the pain isn't as sharp as a foot in the nards, but it lasts much longer, so overall it hurts more.

As someone who’s experiences neither, I’ll obviously have to go with childbirth. I think period cramps and getting kicked in the balls is a bit more comparable than giving life and getting hit.
Childbirth by far... you need stitches to your vagina after this... then period pains you can die on your period then anything male pain which is nothing in comparison believe me.
In all fairness a kick in the balls can cause serious problems too

I think it goes in the order of childbirth, period cramps and a kick in the balls. I've put period before kick because some cramps last for a number of minutes.
Well a kick to the nuts can result in pain that lasts for hours, and soreness that can last for a week or two. And I've had a friend (female) compare period cramps to a thigh/calf cramp. And i can safely say ball kicks hurt a lot more than a muscle cramp. Although some period cramps may be worse than your regular calf cramp.

i dont listen to the radio. But i do search for acapella covers of songs by PTX, Home Free or Voiceplay; it allows me to sing along with their bass parts.
And getting your own place at 18? We dont do that here in Singapore. Housing and cost of living is way too expensive. Its common to live with parents into the twenties

Well, I guess that depends on who or what kicks you in the balls... if it is a bull, truck or highspeedtrain, I would place my bets on the balls.

According to scientific evidence childbirth hurts no more than breaking a bone. This is due to the fact that the female body during pregnancy releases powerful self produced painkillers while testicles have actually heightened pain so the owner of them would do everything to keep them protected. Testicles are not made to be kicked, the female reproductive organs are made for childbirth so it makes sense.
When you get kicked in the balls you fall in pain on the ground, but the default position for women to birth children is actually standing up and bending the knees the entire process. Women can keep standing during childbirth but men cannot keep standing being kicked in the balls, which hurt more then? The kick of course.
I do not have balls. Some times a tampon is painful putting in so I thank having a baby is the most painful.
I say childbirth because labor last for hours and a lot of women’s vaginas end up being split n stitched back up.

They are probably about the same on the pain scale, but a kick in the balls usually doesn't last for 8 hours or more.
For me getting kicked in the nuts hurts but i wouldn't imagine its as bad as childbirth. what really sucks is that you feel nauseous and you want to throw up and that feeling last for a long while on top of having pain

Depends, youd have to compare a normal period to a guy getting hit in tthe balls several times over about 3-4 days, every month for 40 years. At that point id be willing to say both are painful enough to warrant sympathy.

@DragonFire82 Period cramps are different for different women. Some people find them annoying, some people find them very painful and some people find them debilitating. For 6 years mine were so bad they made me nauseous and I couldn't walk.

Well i can tell you a lot about period cramps and trust me its more painful than you would think it is but i am not so sure about kick in balls, i know it would hurt like a lot but i dont think its worst than periods plus you have to consider that eventhough we are having periods every month but still we dont get so used to the pain
What makes periods so bad? Getting kicked in the balls is awful. It starts with extreme pain in the balls that travels up into the stomach. The pain usually makes me tear up and all you can do for 5-10min is lay there. The balls usually ache for the rest of the day.
Yea thats right and with periods you would be feeling that pain at least 3 to 4 days every month and its like something trying to tear and twist you apart from within

I do want to add though that it's also really embarrassing to get hit in the balls because you end up on the floor and a lot of people laugh. I feel especially embarrassed if a gir kicked because it just emphasizes my weakness. So that definitely has a part to play. Period cramps are more unknown to everyone else.

i wouldn't really say I gave her the chance, I usually got kicked when I annoyed them. After a few kicks I learned that girls mean business and just got better at blocking the kicks

depends on the girl, I guess. I myself have horrible period cramps sometimes. I think that on some aspects period cramps are harder- it lasts for a long time and is absolutly painful but I guess kick in the nuts is painful too so maybe it's the same? I really don't know how a kick in the nuts feels and some girls have really easy period cramps
True I've heard it varies between girls. A kick in the balls is extremely painful. It usually starts with intense pain in the balls causing the guy to drop. The pain quickly spreads into the stomach causing a really bad stomach ache. Some guys can even vomit although I've never experienced that. After like 5-10minutes the pain typically lessens and you can get up but the balls will be sore for the rest of the day and maybe even the next day.
They definitely could be comparable maybe
