Sadly I dont think there is anyone in the world that could truly answer the question. The only kind of person that could truly answer is someone who is bi-gender with testicles that have all of the sensitivity a normal male has, along with fully functioning female anatomy capable of giving birth. And that person would have to have giving birth at least once.
The best comparison i could offer on getting kicked in the balls would be the intense sudden pain of hitting your "funny bone", but on your junk, and it fades slower. Strangely I think we have been conditioned to think that balls getting kicked is kinda funny, so you will find many guys sort of laughing. But that's mostly because laughing is better than crying.10 Reply

when a woman gives birth, im sure it hurts like a motherfvcker because you’re pushing a cantaloupe sized “object” through a tiny TINY whole. BUT, there’s a really special result of it with a child being born
so if there would be two questions to this one...
1) is getting sacked or going through labour is worse? Getting sacked
2) is getting sacked or going through labour worth the pain? Definitely labour even though, again, it probably hurts like a bloody b*stard00 Reply

While a kick to the testicles would be extremely painful that level of pain would not last 6 to 24+ hours so I don't think it would be quite comparable. I'd say my ruptured appendix was equal or worse than childbirth.

giving birth, though would say it would still vary depending on each person.
Giving birth can get tears in the vagina, and they can be torn all the way to a her ass. So yeah, I'm going to say birth.
Course all you're going to get is girls saying birth and boys saying balls, since neither know the experience of the other00 Reply

Anonymous(18-24)1 yOne woman I know hit her groin so hard she was on the ground for 15 minutes saying she felt nauseous, the wind knocked out of her, and one of the worst pains she experienced…
I asked her if it felt like ‘period cramps’, she said it felt worse than that and a different kind of sensation that she never felt before, not even a hit to the stomach felt this way….
She never gave childbirth so, she didn’t say though I would assume childbirth is worse.
So worse than a really bad period cramp, but not as bad as childbirth from the perspective of a groin kick from the pain aspect.Groin kicks for guys can lead to testicular torsion, rupture, etc. which if left untreated can lead to medical castration. So the pain is one thing, losing the ability to procreate also a very important component of being a male is definitely on the higher up lists of priority. Ouch.

+1 yI don't know the actual answer on this but I do know that being unclean and just not feeling great is something that plagues all of us... so getting a penis care product like Man1 Man Oil is the way to avoid and heal any penis irritation issues, redness, etc. Good luck in 2021.
00 ReplyFact... the penis is an organ and needs vitamins and nutrients to stay in good shape. And using a penis health creme like Man1 Man Oil is the best way to get these nutrients directly to the penis on a daily basis. You just rub it into your penis skin in the morning and you are all set... it is awesome stuff and will improve your sex life and confidence for sure. Check it out.
00 ReplyPain management is pretty good these days and you can get most of it when giving birth. You just get a "walk it off" when you get kicked in the balls. If you want to experience something close but not the same as being kicked in the balls, have a trained male boxer shovel hook you in the liver and just walk it off and let us know how it goes for you.
00 ReplyI'd say giving birth hurts more, guys get kicked in the balls way more than women give birth. You can also choose not to give birth, whereas someone kicking you in the balls is in an instant, can be repeated, cause internal and external damage, and be excruciatingly painful.

I did a poll and most men said they've spent no more than 30 minutes, collectively throughout their lives, in agony from being hit in the genitals. A single childbirth is typically 10+ hours, and often causes internal and external damage. Collectively throughout your lifetime, approximately how much time have you spent in agony from being hit in the genitals? ↗

@mistixs I was unlucky to have a sister that loved to get boys there. I have been in tears so many times. I was crying for hours when she got me with her knee. And she punched me there and kicked me as well. Then I was crying a lot of times in school when I was younger and the girls always got me nasty.
- 1 y
@mistixs it depends on how hard you kick them or worse than that I kneed my older brother hard enough to make him cry for a few hours. I've punched him in the balls and I've got a few boys in school and I still think giving birth is more painful for any girl, but I know it hurt a lot of boys for more than half an hour 💔 😪

@Littlesara13 You mean the guy was down on the ground for more than half an hour?
- 1 y
@Karate_Guy yeah. I think it was because I had kneed him in the balls extremely hard and he dropped down and he was really hurt and crying non stop. I had kneed him way too hard and he was worried about his balls because they hurt terrible and they disappeared from the sack

Ones a curse and the other ones a physical act..
Giving birth and its pain is a curse from GOD for being the one to eat of the forbidden fruit Eve.
Comparing a curse with an accual physical act of violence really proves The ignorance and evil nature of a lot of women.

Yeah it is the opposite of that. I was teased by my ex girlfriend after we broke up and had a big fight with each other in the park. She kneed me right in the balls and I was in shock. Then she laughed at me and said I couldn't have any kids now.
1 yGiving birth is extremely painful for so many hours and even days afterwards. But it depends on how hard you get it in the balls. Mostly not even anywhere near as bad as giving birth. But sometimes it is naughty and even worse! I was booted by a girl in class so hard that I was sent home and I was off school for a week and I was really badly hurt. Not to mention the torment for a long time if you knee a boy there and I was in serious horrible pain and it was hurting for even months after
00 Reply374 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I would say giving birth is most probably more painful as it's prolonged. A more interesting comparison would be a hard contraction vs a strike to the testicles. As both are momentary and quite painful.

+1 yGiving birth is not as painful but it lasts longer.
And how bad getting kicked is depends on how pretty the girl was that was doing the kicking. :) lol05 Reply- +1 y
@mistixs I'm basing it from how relatives compared giving birth to other forms of pain and how those forms of pain compare to getting hit in the groin.
I know plenty of women (that have life so much easier than men in many ways) will always claim they have it harder no matter what so I don't care for the dishonest opinions of those types of people. - +1 y
I had a male health teacher who witnessed childbirth multiple times. A kid in my class said that getting kicked in the balls is more painful, and my (male) health teacher said "take the worst time you were hit in the balls, and multiply it by 10,000, and maybe that would come close to the pain of giving birth"

Don't know as I have never given birth and I don't have any balls
00 Reply476 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Men would need to get kicked in the balls constantly for hours in order to exactly feel the same pain as a woman giving birth.
10 Replythey did a study and it turns out the balls is worse
