Also do you think a kick in the balls is more painful than period cramps?
I think childbirth is probably the most painful, followed by kick in the balls and period cramps would be the least painful out of the three.
Childbirth 100%. I think a lot of women underestimate how painful a hit to balls can be, but it's still infinitely less painful than childbirth. One of the things you have to take into consideration is duration. Some women are in labor for days and push for hours. There's also multiple kinds of pain, the pressure of the weight of the baby, the actual contractions which can be felt in the uterus and in the back, and what is know as the ring of fire. That's the technical term. Contractions are often measure by if you can talk through them or not. Can a guy get hit in the balls hard? Yes. But it's not often they're hit so hard that they can't even wheeze out an 'ow' or 'I'm okay'. Once you hit active labor there is no talking during contractions they're so painful. It's also worth taking into consideration what's happening with hormones and how women during childbirth get through that pain. Women have a higher pain tolerance on average than men do, so for us to be 100% capacitated, we can't move or talk or think, that pain is likely more extreme than what a man experiences while at that same state. It's also worth noting that women don't remember giving birth, and it's been shown that the biological reason for this is because it's so excruciating and so traumatic that our brain blocks it out. If it didn't, no one would have more than one kid. There is a measurement of pain called a Del, and while it can be subjective from person to person, it makes it easier to get a general idea. There is a limit to how much pain humans can feel before blacking out. That limit is 45 Del's of pain. Getting hit in the balls hurts and tends to measure in at
True! Great answer! Getting kicked in the balls is worse than period cramps though don't you think?
I'm thinking similar to you;
Child birth
Bad cramps
Hard kick to the balls
Kick to the balls
Regular cramps
But see, period cramps don't often go away. Not only that but you can have really bad period cramps and regular cramps. To give you an idea, (hold onto your hat, but you asked, you'll be okay) when a girl has her period, it's her body taking the nice, cushy lining it's built around her womb and over a week tearing it off in chunks using hundreds of contractions. The closest thing I can compare it to is, it feels like a bad cramp you get in your leg, but it's also really hot and stays around for a week.
Normally the pain only goes away when you find the right strength pain killer for you or it's over. I'm sure girls will tell you all kinds of horror stories now that you've asked but I do know nut kicking can really, really hurt for guys. If 'cramps' was something that only happened and then went away then maybe happened later, I'd probably say that guys had it worse. But because it's constant, I have to give it to the girls.
Thanks a really good perspective. It does make some sense especially since guys don't get kicked in the nuts every month they are usually pretty rare. Girls have to deal with cramps every month. At least you understand that nut shots are actually super painful
Yeah, I have four brothers, who've caused their fair share of trouble and come limping home with a 'bruised pride' more than once. It's not like you can just use a heat pack or an ice pack or anything either. I think a lot of girls under estimate it but there was a Dan Howell video (from about 8 years ago) explained it really well and gave me a lot more sympathy.

I literally thought I was dying when I gave birth with no pain meds. Felt like someone ripping my shit in half slow as fuck for an hour straight but I dont remember the pain anymore so 🤷♀️
You scared me for life :I... how long after you could have sex
I waited a few months with both kids but you only have to wait six weeks (:
Oh god thats such a long time, is that how bad the pain is?
No I just wanted to make sure I was back to normal plus I breastfed so I had zero sex drive lmfao
Ohhh I see that all sounds scary for me lol at least I know what to expect
I mean if you get the epidural you'll be fine, healing sucks but its manageable. Also the size of your baby and how big you are has a little to do with it also. My last baby was 8.6 and I was 110 when I had her, she was stuck in my pelvis for a good half hour. I didn't get an epidural with her and it was bad.
110 is small how tall are you? I thought it's to do with pelvis size not the weight
Im 5'2. 90 pounds when I'm not pregnant so my pelvis is hella small😭
You honestly forget about the pain as soon as it's over!
You're very small in height also. Yeah I can imagine the pain :-/
Kick in balls are much painfull then giving birth to pregnant I have copy an article from a website :→My grandmother gave birth to 6 kids. My grandma was a small lady and they were all challenging and painful births with the doctor always telling her to never have any more.
She also passed a few kidney stones later in life. She always said passing those stones was so much more painful than giving birth that it didn't compare.
So... Any guys here pass kidney stones? How does that compare to getting kicked in the balls? If we can agree getting kicked in the balls is worse than passing a kidney stone, then it must also be worse than giving birth.
Then again, I bet some women who have also done both things would say the reverse, that giving birth is more painful than passing kidney stones.
To add to that line of thought: my wife had no drugs and using natural, traditional techniques pushed my son out and claimed it was painless. Her experience giving birth was completely different from my grandmothers.
Conclusion: pain is subjective and is impossible to really compare all that well.
Obviously childbirth is the most painful. Definitely nut strike is second, and cramps third.
You can read or hear from many women who have experienced gall stones or kidney stones as well as childbirth. Most women indicate that the pain is comparable, or that the stones are worse. Likely because stones don't trigger the release of endorphins and oxytocin like childbirth does. So, while not all men will experience stones, those who do, are likely to better understand the pain of childbirth, contrary to what many women have otherwise suggested.
Me? I don't want any part of either. I've had crippling gas pains that hurt more than a line drive to the jewels without a cup. Anything that's widely reported to suck more, y'all can divvy up my share.

I think childbirth 100%. For one thing women have higher pain threshold than men and I’ve actually read somewhere that at the level of pain that a woman experienced during childbirth a man would have already passed out, since it’s beyond male pain threshold. Obviously all of these are averages and there could be outliers I suppose. A kick in the balls does sound very painful though due to the concentration of nerves in the area and how the pain radiates. Cramps can get super bad, I personally have PCOS and before I was diagnosed and went on the pill mine were unbearable - I mean I just rolled around my bed in a little ball and cried. That being said I do have a genetic disorder so it wouldn’t be that bad for an average girl - it’s not that bad for me anymore since I’m on the pill! Thereby I agree with your rating of them by pain. 1- childbirth, 2 - balls kick, 3- cramps. I’ve also heard cramps are basically a little like childbirth but 1000 times milder
Awesome answer thanks!
No problem I glad it helped!
“No one can know for sure” honey.. yes we can. Child birth literally hurts so much our body shuts out. People die of childbirth (even when in a hospital). It can take LONGER than 24 hours to deliver a child sometimes, and it’s a continious rush of pain. That’s what contractions are, just pain pain pain, and then you need to push a watermelon out of a hole the size of about a manderin.
A kick to the balls is simply feeling organs go inside you, feeling absolutely sick, maybe vomiting, and eventually moving on. I’d rather take 10 kicks to the balls than bear a child, if it were an option.
Period cramps also hella hurt.
True you make good points. Do you think cramps are worse than a kick in the balls?
To be honest I've heard people make legitimate cases for both being worse
Point is, you dont have balls and i dont have a vagina so i won't know what childbirth feels like and you won't know what a nutbuster feels like so... in all honesty its impossible to mske a fair comparison.
and have you ever heard of people dying from ball pain? Its happened before.
@jeremythedrummer no it’s not😂 pain is measuravly by a scale.
Thing is, pain is subjective to the individual, what is more painful to one person may seem less to another. The scale for pain is not even an accurate thing. Its been disproven many times
@jeremythedrummer bro, please, just shut up. I posted this three days ago
but you replied ytd 👉
Ok ill shut it im not gon argue
It's complex. Are different types of pain and the pain you suffer is variable, so different guys stand differently a kick and there are women who give birth unexpectly and without pain and other women have many trouble.
The pain of a kick in the balls depends on how the subject perceive pain, and also force of the kick. The pain of a woman related to childbirth and period are not based in a force hitting you but in a pain that last too much, hours, and then you get tired and the more tired you get the more pain you feel.
So the question could be, what's worst: a really high pain that lasts short or a medium pain that lasts long?
Then I think a kick in the balls in the most extreme circumstances can be more painful, however I still think a childbirth is a worst pain because of the time. I prefer to suffer quick than slow.
Yeah I agree I'd rather just get it out of the way. Thankfully kicks to the balls are short lived pain. Only like 5-10minutes of humiliating pain and a dull ache for the rest of the day. Childbirth sounds crazy painful. I do think a kick in the balls is more painful period cramps.
Awesome answer thanks!
Birthing pains last longer. It can take weeks to recover if you tear and days if you don’t. Plus there’s the pain of the contractions which is similar to menstral cramps times about a thousand. The birth itself can last over 24 hours. So if getting kicked in the nads is comparable you’d have to be kicked repeatedly for AT LEAST 4 hours for the overall experience to compare.
BUT, we can recover from pregnancy. A few well placed kicks to the privates can permanently damage them and render men infertile and hormone deficient since the testes produce testosterone. Four hours of kicking even if less painful is still more damaging.
Good point
Well when i get kicked in mine (am trans) it is a short bref pain but i don't think twice about it (am a norse woman and just had a tooth out and have not take pain killers, Valhalla!)
However child birth maybe painful in fact me and my mum were talking about this and she said when she had me her valver was cut open making more room for me too pass through it. Plus carring a child and having the extra weight would kill your back and make your boobs grow (the milk you produce makes them grow) so i would only assume child birth is worse than being kicked in the knackers ^^.
Period cramps can last 1-5 days depending on the girl. It can put you down for a few days, cause back pain and nausea, it can cause mood swings and turn you into a completely different person. I think a kick in the balls will be last on the pain chart. Both can cause you to walk funny.
You make valid points. Here me out though when a guy gets kicked in the balls it causes you to feel a lot of pain in the stomach as well as the balls. Guys will typically drop to the floor with tears in their eyes. It's especially embarrassing when that happens and girls laugh or were the ones who kicked you. Also after being kicked yeah you can move around after like 10minutes but the feeling of nausea and sore balls lasts for the rest of the day.
I've heard period cramps for some girls are unbearable but I feel like most girls don't get that bad.
I didn't know that, I thought guys were fine after a few minutes, I've never kicked a guy in the balls, I see it a lot on Ridiculousness. Ouch...
Well women will typically drop to the floor with tears in their eyes and not be able to move. We also get the feeling of nausea that lasts for the rest of the day.
Oh it's one of these again.
Right, when you get kicked in the balls, it hurts, but most of the pain is actually just an intense sick feeling in the pit of your stomach that lasts a good few minutes. Sure it can damage your balls and no doubt it does, but after about 15 minutes you'll be fine again.
Now, here's were childbirth is different. First off, it's not like fitting a watermelon through a penny sized hole, that would be impossible. Dilation has to occur and then the vagina stretches to allow the passage and birth of the child BUT it IS extremely painful, like ACTUAL pain, the kind of pain that requires painkillers piped DIRECTLY INTO YOUR SPINE. Then imagine this, your vagina can rip, your taint can rip, causing your vagina and butthole to become ONE. Now, I'm not sure about you, but if I had balls, I'd happily trade childbirth for a good swift boot to the nuts any day.
You make some good points. Childbirth definitely sounds worse from what you described.
What's your take on a kick in the nuts vs period cramps though? I feel like the nut kick would hurt way more. What do you think?
Well, they are KINDA similar. A kick in the balls is painful for a few minutes then you feel sick for a bit, but it passes within the hour. Period cramps last for hours and come and go through the space of a week and that happens every month whether you like it or not.
It's also really embarrassing to be hit in the balls especially if a girl is the one who kicked.
But you are right guys don't get kicked monthly so maybe periods are worse long term. I guess it depends on the severity of the cramps and the strength of the kick
Women's and men's pain threshold is different. Pain during childbirth is incomparable to anything else and men could never tolerate it.
Also, there are the different kinds of pain - kick in the balls is a traumatic pain, while childbirth pain and period cramps come from the inside of your body, they can't really be compared. But anyway childbirth is the most painful out of all three for sure
That's a good point. I hadn't really thought of that
Thanks for sharing
I've never given birth, but I would say its worse because of the following reasons:
1 .) Most women are drugged up with pain relievers and still scream from pain. For obvious reasons (look up how much a womens vagina has to stretch during child birth)
2.) The pain lasts for hours. Even after the birthing is over, most still feel pain. Some even for months (mostly from the doctors given women an extra stitch to "tighten" her vagina, which is completely false and ends up causing pain to the woman at hand)
3.) Child birth leads to ya know: having a baby. Which means staying up all night and giving up your freedom for like, 18 years. Thats gotta hurt lol.
Getting hit in the balls may hurt a lot, but the pain is temperorary. Childbirth's pain is for Life.
I agree with your points. Do you think a ball hit is worse than period pain though?
I think they hurt about the same to be honest, but Men rarely get kicked in the balls, whilst women have a period every month, for an entire week.
And it also varies from women to women to how much pain they feel, some women feel very little pain during their period (lucky ladies) and others are like me, who literally just about die every month from it ( to be fair I might be anemic)
That's a good point. If guys do get kicked they usually deserve it because they were being a jerk, periods are just natural
I agree with your choice. I haven't had to deal with childbirth, but it's painful (or so I have heard). Then again, there's a shot in which a woman doesn't feel anything during the birth.
I've been kicked in the vagina before and that hurt worse than cramps. So I couldn't imagine being socked in the balls. I would say that would be up next.
Agreed! Girls are lucky they don't have to deal with balls lol
I agree with your ranking.
Fun fact, some women dislocate their hips when giving childbirth, others pass out from pain on the table, or tear the literal lining between their anus and their vaginas.
Kicks in the balls hurt, like actual hell, but the pain most likely doesn't INCREASE in intensity over the course of hours (Sometimes even days if you are lucky!), it might, but I don't really think it does.
Some women period cramps feel as bad as childbirth, my grandma and mother both told me that labor pains were so incredibly close to their cramps that they almost couldn't tell the difference at first.
But for the general populous I don't think period cramps are as bad as labor pains.
How can you even compare? Women can die during childbirth... Some need to be cut down there because their vagina can't stretch enough for the baby to get out and it can break... which would cause them pain for months... Some women have problems with their pelvic bones after birth... I get that a kick in the balls may be unexpected, but seriously, you can't compare.
True childbirth is definitely worse.
What do you think is worse between a kick in the balls and period cramps? They are probably more comparable in my opinion
I don't know, it depends on the person having the period cramps and how hard you get hit? Some kicks in the balls can make the organ disfunctional or the man can lose it... Some women have severe cramps due to some health conditions, others can barely have any. Probably in most cases a kick in the balls would hurt more. I have bad cramps in my life. Also once I fell on a small fence and it hit my privates ( It hurts women too if they get hit there). It'd say getting hit down there is a much stronger pain, I could barely stand or walk, so I imagine it's probably worse for men. Period cramps last longer though, the initial pain is not that bad, but it can last for hours...
According to doctors and years of science, childbirth.
I am willing to concede that getting kicked in the balls probably hurts more than period cramps. However, period cramps go on all day, all week, every month. And they are accompanied by headaches, bloating, breast tenderness, acne, fatigue, back pain, increased hunger, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, all sorts of hormones which often result in increased sex drive despite the fact that very few people are willing to actually have sex while on their period, and of course the blood itself, which is often brown and gross by the end of the week. So I still don't think you'd want to trade, but feel free to let me know if I'm wrong. :)
I've never gone through either but after having my contraceptive coil come out of place and perforate my cervix and being dismissed by doctor's as the pain being in my head and then three weeks later being told that the pain I was in was labour pains due to my bodies reaction to a foreign object in my uterus, I would have to say/guess a kick in the balls is worse because that didn't handicap me granted I do have a high pain tolerance but when all said and done woman volunteer to go through childbirth, I've not once known a bloke asked to be kicked in the balls.
Did the coil have a brand name? I hope it wasn't Essure.
It was a merina coil.
Haven't had a child yet so have no idea but it doesn't sound like fun. Yet a friend had a pretty easy childbirth. The doctor didn't even believe she was in labor and was ready to send her home but 10 minutes later it popped out like toaster strudel. Easiest childbirth I ever saw. So in that instance I would say a nut cracker.
I have never experienced childbirth so I wouldn't know. I would figure childbirth to be more painful though as it is likely I will have the same issue as my mother and be unable to give birth normally. I would probably have to be cut open, which I would figure to be more painful than a kick to the testicles. However the most painful thing I have ever felt so far in my life would have to be the time I was kept in the ICU for vomiting blood. My entire body hurt and the bed wouldn't stop moving so I couldn't sleep through the pain. Plus all the needles and wires made it difficult to lay in any position other than on my back.
Labour hands down. The pain from getting kicked in the balls lasts for a significantly shorter amount of time. Labour last hours. Add on top that getting kicked in the balls the pain comes from one centralized area though it may radiate out. The pain from labour is coming from multiple areas at once add on top of that many women rip their vaginal tissue from stretching when the baby comes out. I do think getting kicked in the balls hurts more then the average period cramps, as most women can still function while on their period. I wouldn't say the same for women with endometriosis though. Cramps associated with that can be debilitating.
Childbirth and pms are worse than getting kicked in the balls.
Childbirth= I heard that it feels like shitting a watermelon for hours.
PMS: imagine that something was scraping away the walls inside your stomach with 10 sharp knives while twisting your ovaries at random times during the day. At the same time, there is a fire engulfing your entire lower abdomen. Now imagine that your limbs are being pulled in opposite directions by a truck. This is the pain we feel for days. We only get through it with midol.
I agree that childbirth is worse than a kick in the balls. But I think being hit in the balls is much more painful than PMS. Guys end up on the floor when they get kicked girls seem to handle PMS pretty well
Like I said, we handle it well due to medicine. Pmsa lasts days. Kicked in the balls lasts seconds.
And why do u ask this question if u r going to Go to every girl’s reply and assert ur opinion?
Well kicked in the balls is usually intense pain for 5-10min. My stomach usually hurts so bad like the worst stomach ache ever and my balls will ache the rest of the day and may even be sore the next days. So definitely longer than seconds lol. But I guess guys don't get kicked monthly so girls and cramps might be more painful because of the frequency
I just want to know why. I don't mean to be disrespectful. I'm sorry if it came across that way. I'm just trying to understand better
I don’t really think either can be compared to each other but here is something to consider. Childbirth is a bodily function while a kick to the testicles isn’t. A woman can still have more children after childbirth while a man may not be able to have children after he gets hit down there.
The reason why these two are incomparable is because it’s been proven that women feel pain more intensely than men do, while men on average have a higher pain tolerance.
The reason why people say childbirth is more painful is because of how men react to “ childbirth simulators” which are used to try make men experience a simulation of child birth. The one thing people seem to forget is that men don’t have uteruses or female genitalia so what a man feels during these simulators is not the same thing women feel during childbirth. All these simulations do is shock the man’s abdomen.
A more accurate comparison would be comparing childbirth to breasts getting twisted and pulled.
I once heard a very interesting statement, of course it’s a joke.
It says: you would heard a woman said let’s get another kid, but you never heard a guy said give my balls another kick.
Hahahahaha! True, I mean childbirth results in something meaningful. Guys that kicked in the balls usually deserved it. Although occasional accidents happen. So that's probably also the difference
