Depends. In the vast majority of cases, it'd obviously be childbirth. Seeing as how women actually die in childbirth, even today. But there are a few cases which could be considered exceptions, because contrary to what most women believe, we can actually die from being kicked in the balls too. A few examples:

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.../?page=1
news.vice.com/.../the-deadly-science-behind-testicle-squeezing
www.dailymail.co.uk/.../...eads-murder-charge.html
And in these cases, I'd wager that getting kicked in the balls was far, FAR more painful than the average woman's experience of childbirth could ever be.15 Reply

+1 yIt all depends on the individual woman, some women say childbirth isn't too bad others say its excruciating. Now, it's possible that we'll never know which one hurts more in general since women don't know what getting a low blow feels like and men don't know how childbirth feels like but here is the thing. The female body is designed to give birth, the male body isn't designed to get kicked down there, so it's not really a fair comparison although that indicates a possibility that getting kicked down there is way more painful or about the same.

the female body isn't "designed" to do anything. nothing is designed to do anything. evolution isn't a sentient entity.

+1 yNobody has the ability to make that comparison, because nobody will ever experience both. But it probably varies a little from person to person anyway. Childbirth is definitely a more prolonged and harrowing experience overall, but as far as the level of pain, who can say.

Childbirth. Also if you're curious, check out the try guys video on simulating the pain of childbirth on youtube.
34 Reply- +1 y
Well, that video had virtually nothing to do with simulating the pain of actual childbirth. To actually simulate the pain of childbirth, a man would have to have a small balloon inserted up his urethra (roughly at the base of his dick to begin with), then have it inflated a little bit more every 5 to 20 minutes over the course of roughly 20 hours or so, up until it's roughly 1.2-1.5" wide (3.5" to 5" in girth). Then, use the muscles in his dick to push it down through his penis, 'pushing' once every one to three minutes, for however long it takes for him to force the balloon down (/up) until it becomes visible, poking out of the head of his penis. Then, have to stop pushing until it comes out of its own accord, ignoring the overwhelming urge to do so, while waiting for his glans to stretch out enough to reduce the risk of it permanently tearing apart. Tell me, guys (and OP); does that sound like it'd be more or less painful than getting kicked in the balls?
- +1 y
@SinghSong I've never given birth to a child nor tried the simulation, so I can't compare it. That said, Eugene did say it felt like his anus and his balls were being ripped apart, which probably helps to somewhat simulate the tearing between the vagina and the anus during childbirth. It's a simulation, it's not perfect, and it's the closest guy will get to feeling a bit of the pain of childbirth. Does it need to be perfect? If a guy chooses to try the simulation, it gives him a small appreciation of trying to imagine what it might feel like for his SO to give birth, does it need to be a perfect simulation for him to understand it's worse than anything he's ever experienced? A guy won't have a vagina, he can't feel the pain of 'actual childbirth' unless you're somehow planning on giving him a vagina. But the contractions is something he can experience and it gives him a glimpse of what his SO might be feeling and better sympathize with her.

Asker+1 yI'm pretty sure childbirth is the worst, the pain lasts way longer, i'm just curious to see what other people believe.

Well, the female equivalent to being kicked in the balls would be being kicked in the ovaries. If the ovaries were externalized, as opposed to being buried deep behind a a couple of inches' padding in the abdominal cavity. So if there were such a woman, with such exposed and vulnerable 'ovary sacs' bulging out on either side of her abdomen in the same way as guys' balls, then she would be would be able to experience both types of pain, and be in a position to compare the two.
I'm thinking WAY too much about this, aren't I?

+1 yI heard this before at seems to make sense to me. Getting kicked in the balls is worse. Why? Because if you take a guy and kick him as hard as possible in the nuts, and then ask him if he would like to be kicked again about 2 or 3 years later he will say NO every time! If you ask a woman who has given birth about 2 or 3 years later if she would have another one, most women say yes!
Asker+1 yYes but women choose to do it because that's the only way to get a baby. I'm thinking about the physical pain, not so much the emotional part.

Regardless, women go through childbirth a second time because they want a child. Something good comes out of it.
If men got to have sex with a 10/10 hot chick whenever they got kicked in the balls, or got an expensive car, many of them would be more than willing to get kicked in the balls a second time. - +1 y
+1 yChildbirth. But I'd say with the epidural it hurts less.
I know my mom always facepalmed when she saw a woman giving birth on TV, because she said childbirth isn't that painful. Also my aunt who is a doctor and helped deliver thousands of babies, says women don't feel that much pain if there's no complications.
But still, if childbirth was done 100% natural, with no epidural and all that, then it is more painful.25 Reply- +1 y
- +1 y
Epidurals are also a last resort option in most cases. It can interfere with a woman's ability to push so many doctors don't like women to have it unless absolutely necessary.

+1 ychildburth just cuz the labor lasts longer, if that initial horrific pain of getting kicked in the balls lasted for hours i would need morphine to get through that. i knew a lady that had kidney stones and had kids before and she said she would way rather have a baby over passing a stone. and passing stones is supposed to be more painful for men cuz it has a longer distance to travel through our urethra

I get really heated because I have all the evidence and sources of how bad childbirth is, and how the pain/injuries - for many women - last way longer than "just the one day". I get mad when men downplay it because it means that men won't give women the respect and consideration they deserve.
