What are some signs a girl really likes you, but is putting up a "wall" because she's been hurt before?

She showed a whole lot of interest before that I didn't realize. I think she's toned down the "interest-showing" on purpose because she's been hurt before (ex cheated on her, this guy she liked made out with her and got a girlfriend the next week)

Getting her to answer personal or even semi-personal questions is like pulling teeth and yeah more than likely the girl will try to minimize her feelings/emotions towards the guy as much as possible so she won't get attached too soon (that sets themselves up for emotional vulnerability) and just holding back herself in general (when it comes to personality, opinions, etc.) just in case you ditch her sooner or later she could easily think to herself "He didn't get to know the real me entirely anyways I knew he wasn't worth it - his loss" instead of knowing she was giving her all to you and you still left her.

Tough call on this one. She got hurt from the ex and tried to move on but got played. Just stay around her and show that you're not going to let her down. Be constant and show her how wonderful you are. You need to be patienced with her and shell come around if she really like you.

Trust me won't be longed because she looks like she is over her hurt but just being extra cautious that all.
