That said, I'm 6'5" and despite having a soft stomach, I was jacked. It was nice. 🤣

Bilateral knee problems, due in large part to having misshapen knee caps. Back problems. My hands shake and I have a hard time holding things steady, but they couldn't figure out what that was. Plus a few other things.

This is as a result of you being in the army? Apart from the knees of course, and perhaps the back which is likely a cause of your knee problems

I likely had the misshapen knee caps prior to enlisting, but they don't check for things like that, as it's not exactly common. That likely resulted in my other physical ailments.

Yeah when one thing is misaligned it throws everything off cos your body tries to compensate. Tried a chiropractor?
