You can get exercise in without taking up a lot of time. Trust me, exercise is the only way to loose weight. If you eat under 1200 calories a day, your body will think it is starving and will conserve everything you eat, actually causing your metabolism to slow down and make it harder to loose weight. You should focus on eating healthy foods, lots of vegetables, lean meats, and fruits. Limit soda and processed foods which cause unhealthy blood sugar spikes. When you are watching tv, have a gallon jug of water to lift during commercial breaks, or run in place. At work you can put on ankle weights so while you walk, you are burning some extra calories. Even a 20 min walk a day can help a lot. There is no good or fast way to loose that amount of weight, especially without exercise. Don't starve yourself, that's stupid

Stay very very busy, only eat vege/fruits and at least something protein and a few slices of protein. It's OK to take 1 or 2 slices of bread, but preferably wholemeal bread (coz it's more filling and less refined so you won't feel hungry too soon). Don't take mayonnaise, cream, butter and avoid things with lots of sugar and salt. Drink ample amount of water. I don't know about your weight, your health state and whereabouts are you living (weather factor), but it worked for me because 1) it didn't contribute to constipation, 2) I have the energy to stay busy, 3) I was very busy with my work that I hardly think about food. and even if I need to eat, I didn't feel like over eating. Maybe it may work for you? x
Start drinking water, right now. Drink as much as you can. Once you're full, keep drinking. When you feel like you're going to vomit, you can stop. Weigh yourself. Now, don't have any liquids for the next 24 hours. Congrats, you just lost about 8 pounds if you did it right.
But seriously, exercise. If you have time to be on this website, you definitely have time to exercise.
You don't have time? Do you think the people who are in shape would be doing nothing if they weren't working out? No. They are hard workers. They had to make sacrifices. Very few people have that much spare time every day. You have to give up something to get something. Quit making excuses to take the seemingly easier way out.

try the sacred heart diet. its 7 days and is said to help lose anywhere from 10-17 lbs if you don't cheat. if you just go back to regular eating and not exercising after you will obviously gain it back but it could be a quick fix for you or a kickstart to a good diet or a flush/cleanse.
Drink a lot of water, and just eat healthy food. Why don't you have time for exercise? If you are at home you can still exercise with out running or lifting weights or you can be helping around the house
Uhh, not healthy or even long-lasting, but since I've started school I've lost a lot of weight just from stress and not eating... I wouldn't recommend it though because I'm always cold and never hungry anymore.
It's only healthy to lose 2.2 pounds in a week..but very fast 5-10 pounds..i would say limit your water and food intake

drink a minimum of one gallon of water a day. also limit your salt content. water weighs a lot and by drinking a lot of water will reduce your sodium making your body hold less water,
