You could just be extremely sensitive... Especially if you haven't breast fed before. Could be hormonal similar to breast hurting when your on your period. Don't wait too long in between feedings. Baby's are small but when they're hungry boy do they show it! Their mouths are pretty strong. Try different latching positions too that maybe helpful. If you are backed up from producing too much gravity helps. You can lay baby down in an almost flat position and hover over her in a push up position to feed. It can relieve pressure especially if you have a clog.

Is she latching on properly? You could try pumping, maybe some shield creams.

I'm not a mother but there could be a few reasons this is happening.
-She is not latching properly.
This is most likely the cause.
-You aren't relieving enough milk to be comfortable.
Most women pump to prevent this.your milk ducts could be clogged.
I remember when my mom breastfed my younger sister she would have to take a hot-warm shower or bath and rub her chest and breast area. I think that should help or if not try to gently squeeze your nipple to see if your milk is coming out properly.
I am not a mom I'm just a little educated i guess haha hope this helps !!Do you have breast implants? I ask because they can interfere with breast feeding.
Is she latching correctly? Try nipple shield or cream? Pump to release milk build up.
Switch to using a bottle, I had too because it really started to hurt my nipples.
I suggest you contact La Leche League.
