
How do I slim down my thighs/quads?


Ahahaha... I genuinely think it could be genetic... you're like a petite Asian girl that is stuck with the ass and thighs of an African woman 😂...
It actually doesn't look bad at all.. but yeah it's a little strange... you will certainly get attention a lot...
I don't think you can change them that easily... you seem really slim already... and it looks like pure muscle in your legs which is pretty sexy.. plus you have nice skin... I say just embrace who you are 😎
If you want to slim them down, you're going to need a low-protein diet because they look like they're mostly muscle.
High protein supports muscle mass whether you're on a diet or not.
Girl, you're gorgeous. No need to slim down your thighs in my opinion. I wish I had your thighs and body <3 I wish I was thicker and had your proportions.

I guess there are specific exercises that will tone but slimming might require you to lose weight

Avoid squats at all cost and any weighted leg excercises. Stairmaster and cycling as well.
Pilates builds lean muscle, i always suggest that. Yoga as well.
Stick to high protein (it will not cause you to bulk unless doing excercise i mentioned above)
Intermitent fasting.
You will be okay in no time!
I don't know if you do weights, but I have a similar body shape. I like having a little bit more thigh, I don't really like having skinny legs, but I say increase cardio and do less weights/squats if you lift.

You are sexy (if I may use that term) and beautiful just the way you are. Your hips and thighs are bueatiful. Find a guy who treats you right and reminds of that everyday.

Other than not being active while also not eating much at all, it is kind of hard to destroy muscle mass. You should not do that though legs like those is why most women at the gym are there.

the only option is losing weight overall. there is no way to lose weight in particular places without surgery.
Firstly if that's you, holy crap you're gorgeous... now that that is out of the way, I'm pretty sure that squats work out that area and may help to burn any excess fat in your thighs.
