What are you eating, write it all down Is your work sedentary oriented? Are you burning more carbs than you take in? If not you need to excercise (weight train and aerobic) Do you have a family history of weight problems? This makes it more difficult to lose it
This is Not to Try at home. But disease did me a number 300 lbs on a 6'1" frame. I lost 175 lbs in 10 months now 135 on a 5'4" frame.
I could recommend restricted calorie intake daily exersise to get your respiration up so your body can burn its weight more efficiently. Love yourself more forgive yourself from whatever if needs forgiving and decide to make some radical changes, if you wish. You can do it and keep it off, both.
Exercise more, put yourself hard, have a more nutritious diet with more fresh fruits and veggies and fewer-to-none processed meats and other foods, fewer sweets, more sleep at night, little-to-no alcohol and caffeine, and generally avoid a super-sedentary lifestyle. It's achievable for everyone. Also, you have to have an actual goal in mind, a target weight that you can try to attain. Good luck.
Cut sugar out completely. No fizzy drinks just water for drinks. Plus a little gentle excercise. Sugar is one of thoughs things that the body burns first. Remove it from your diet your body will start to burn the body fat. It's not a quick fix it could take years but you are loosing weight..
I can recommend ketogenic intermittent fasting. But take it slowly. It can be a real shock to the body. Research the carnivore diet and intermittent fasting. It can severely reduce appetite and accelerate fat burn. Good luck to you!
As others have noted, consult a doctor/nutritionist if you have health problems or concerns. They will tell you these diets are unhealthy but probably follow that statement by telling you to eat high carb (sugar) fruits and vegetables. If they don't provide guidance and only criticism, get anorher opinion.
You want my opinion ask a nutritionist or a doctor. But my father was fat, uncle and cousin too but after a surgery it's like my dad and cousin not much my uncle were never was fat in the first place so if you genuinely can't NOT can't bother with it, I'd say consult a surgeon about everything and decide then.
Google Half Size Me. There is a lady who runs this website and also a support group and a podcast. She lost 170 lbs and has kept it off for years. She has great advise. Basically, make small changes to eat fewer calories and move more. Start just by drinking less soda and talking a walk (or something similar). You can do it!

Only drink water Don’t go out to eat/DONT EAT JUNK FOOD Don’t eat candy/chips/chocolate and all that shit, only have it like occassionally u know? Exercise daily And like cook yo own meals, make em healthy But don’t get a fucking eating disorder, just be healthy and the weight will slowly come off, also if you do like juice cleanses and shit that could help a lot.
You must reduce and count calories quite a lot. Around 2000K should probably be your goal and you need to keep it up for... months and years. For cardio do slow intensity no-shock training like elliptical, stationary biking or swimming almost every day until you reach quite a reasonable weight. If anyone tells you to do anything that involves "high intensity", running or jumping at 300lbs+ stop listening to anything they have to say. Do some light weight training to build some muscle.
Start by walking more. That's the first step (literally). Also, consider water aerobics (but start with the easy beginner's class so you don't wear yourself out and become frustrated. But you have to be brave; if anyone gives you weird looks, just ignore them (or take the high road and smile back.)
My biggest challenge is self discipline. It is saying no to unnecessary calories. I lost the discipline and i stopped losing. I'm 8 lbs heavier than my personal best. My total is about 50lbs. I got a fitness tracker which counts my steps. I was signed up to a calorie counting website. With motivation and discipline i lost about 10 lbs in the first few weeks. Most important: it is a life style change. Good luck.
go to a doctor an ask about what foods help diet an excercise best for him to tell you cuz always see a doctor when comes to loosing weigh t but improving gut health is 1st step that doesn't hurt you things like Apple cider vinegar in water probiotics help get rid of sugar cravings an you can buy them in a vitamin pills plus high fiber lean fats like chick fish turkey veggies
Talk to Primary Doctor about Weight Loss Surgery if you've tried diets already. Weight Loss Surgery is usually the most successful option for Morbidly Obese people. Gastric Sleeve or Gastric Bypass. Gastric Sleeve is the most common nowadays.
At that weight I’d probably get it lasered off and eat properly. After some weeks maybe get into exercises that are in the water (easier on the joints etc)
Go to a specialist Make sure your hormones are regular (theybprobably arent) Try and eat a healthy diet which is planned by a nutritionist Go to a specialist for exercise Be patient and consistent for 4 years. Get down to 140lbs
Google how to do meal planning. Eat only between 10am- 5pm. Try to exercise so you have a pretty good heart rate, 1-2 hours a day. Also cut out as much sugar as possible and drink lots of water.
When your dog is fat, the vet tells you to reduce the quantity of its food, increase the quality of it and make sure the dog is exercising regularly. They never say anything about the keto diet or intermittent fasting.

Exercise, but try find something you like doing.
I used to hate exercise because all people would make me do is running.
Turns out I have terrible running stamina but great cycling stamina so when I picked up my bike exercise was much more enjoyable for me.

I prefer not going to the doctor all I do is get criticism there
Just remember your health can change rapidly. Blood tests and metrics matter. Don't go hypochondriac, but keep an eye on the factors.

I don't know, never did it. But I know it helps and exists 😄
