BMI doesn't mean much unless you are morbidly obese. It takes into account weight and height and that's it. It doesn't take into account bodyfat percentage or lean muscle mass.
My friend's mom bodybuilds. She weighs 175 and is like 5'4". She would be listed as obese on the BMI scale, but she's ridiculously in-shape and tiny. She just has a lot of muscle.
Just putting this out there for those who really use the BMI scale.
What is really accurate is getting bodyfat tested. You can figure out the percentage of your weight that is fat. It doesn't matter how much you weigh, if your bodyfat is in a healthy range.

The poll doesn't go high enough. lol I'm between 41.05 and 45.61. I plan on losing 100lbs in the next year. Well that's my goal. That would put me at 25.85-30.41.
You realize BMI was created for Polish people in like early 1900s late 1800s? That it's a TERRIBLE thing to use for every human on the planet. Such stupidity.
